Test, Evaluation & Training

Bring every mission, sensor, platform, and domain into one operational picture.

Monitor in real time, replay afterward, and score sensors, operators, and mission performance against ground truth, all from one platform.

The challenge

Test data is everywhere except in one place.

Disconnected test data

Test and exercise data stays disconnected across sensors, platforms, domains, and vendor systems.

No single ground truth

Range teams lack a single ground-truth picture for measuring detection, operator response, and mission performance.

Hard to replay & score

Multi-domain and LVC events are difficult to monitor, replay, score, and assess consistently.

Capture · Assess · Respond

Live, virtual and constructive — one synchronized picture.

In practice

Monitor live, then replay and score against ground truth.

During a multi-day military exercise, participating units operate crewed aircraft, UAS, ground vehicles, surface vessels, and simulated threats across multiple operating areas. Radar, RF, EO/IR, acoustic, telemetry, and ground-truth systems all produce separate data streams. UNIFY.C2 brings the live and simulated data into one operational picture, allowing range control and evaluators to monitor sensor detections, correlate tracks, observe operator actions, and measure response timelines in real time. After each mission, analysts replay the event, compare detections against ground truth, evaluate user and system performance, and generate defensible after-action findings.

Proven in the field

Trusted where the findings have to hold up.

  • Supports military exercises, test ranges, operational evaluations, and C-UAS demonstrations

  • Brings live, virtual, constructive, and recorded data into one synchronized mission environment

  • Evaluates sensor performance, track quality, operator actions, command workflows, and coordinated response

  • Supports multimodal and multi-domain operations across air, ground, maritime, and simulated environments

  • Provides live monitoring, replay, scoring, coverage analysis, and after-action review from the same platform

  • Supports test environments involving military installations, FAA-designated UAS test sites, and large-scale exercises

UNIFY.C2 is in use today across ranges, exercises, and operational evaluations — producing findings that stand up to scrutiny.

Frequently asked questions

What does UNIFY.C2 bring to a test range or exercise?

It brings different missions, sensor modalities and domains into one arena, including air, ground, surface-vessel, live, virtual and constructive data. That supports live monitoring, sensor-performance assessment, operator-response evaluation, mission replay, scoring, coverage analysis and after-action review.

Can we measure sensor performance against ground truth?

Yes. The platform can combine live, virtual, constructive and recorded data, support ground-truth and sensor evaluation, and measure system performance so findings are defensible.

Can we evaluate operators as well as equipment?

Yes. UNIFY.C2 records operator actions and coordinated response alongside sensor and system behavior, so an event can be assessed as a whole rather than sensor by sensor.

How do multiple organizations take part in the same event?

Through role-based access and data segmentation across organizations, test teams and participants, so each sees what its role and the event design allow. That includes remote viewing for range control, evaluators and participating units.

Can we replay an event afterwards?

Yes. Recording, reporting, mission replay and after-action review are core to the platform, and the same record supports scoring, coverage analysis and lessons learned.

Can range instrumentation from different vendors be connected?

Yes, subject to available interfaces. Ground-truth, telemetry, simulation and test systems are an approved integration category, and vendor-agnostic integration is a core design principle rather than an add-on.
