The challenge
Coordination breaks down exactly when it matters most.
No single picture
Agencies lack a shared operating picture across state, local, tribal, territorial, and National Guard partners.
Systems don't talk
Agencies rely on different sensors, systems, and communications tools that do not work together.
Threats cross lines
Drone incidents and major events cross jurisdictional boundaries faster than agencies can coordinate.

Capture · Assess · Respond
Shared awareness, without giving up jurisdictional control.
In practice
One picture across every agency at a major event.
During a major public event, multiple agencies receive separate reports of drone activity near a protected venue. UNIFY.C2 combines detections from RF, radar, Remote ID, cameras, and other available systems into one shared Common Operating Picture. The platform correlates the tracks, classifies flights of interest, cues cameras, and distributes the appropriate information to the state operations center, National Guard, state police, local law enforcement, emergency management, and authorized venue partners. Each organization sees and acts on the information allowed by its role and authority, enabling faster assessment and coordinated response without eliminating jurisdictional control.
Proven in the field
Proven across jurisdictions, not just pilots.
Supports statewide and regional Common Operating Pictures across large geographic areas and multiple agencies
Fielded with military, federal, state, local, and public-safety organizations
Integrates more than 100 sensor, system, and effector models across multiple modalities
Supports role-based data sharing between agencies without requiring unrestricted access or centralized operational authority
Used for drone detection, major-event awareness, installation and critical-infrastructure protection, testing, and multi-agency coordination
Supports permanent statewide deployments as well as temporary operations for events and incidents
UNIFY.C2 is in operational use today across state, regional, and local agencies — sharing what each partner needs without changing who is in charge.

Frequently asked questions
Can UNIFY.C2 give us one statewide picture?
Yes. UNIFY.C2 can provide one statewide or regional operational picture for low-altitude airspace awareness, drone detection, assessment and coordinated response, connecting distributed sensors, systems, agencies and operations centers into one governed environment.
Which agencies can share the picture?
Governors' offices, National Guard organizations, emergency management, state police, fusion centers and authorized local partners can share awareness while retaining their own jurisdiction, permissions and operational authority.
Do we have to replace our dispatch or incident-management system?
No. Dispatch, public-safety and incident-management systems are an approved integration category. UNIFY.C2 connects through the interfaces those systems expose and distributes fused tracks, alerts and tasks into the tools your teams already use.
What can we do about a drone over an incident scene?
The platform can correlate detections into a single track, classify the activity, compare it against protected areas and approved flight activity, cue supporting cameras or sensors, and distribute alerts to the right agency. What response is permitted remains a matter of your own authority and applicable law.
Does every agency see everything?
No. Role-based access and data segmentation mean each agency sees the information and controls appropriate to its organization, mission, geography, role and authority. A shared underlying picture does not require unrestricted sharing.
Can recorded activity support an investigation?
Yes. UNIFY.C2 supports recording, reporting, mission replay, evidence support and after-action review. How that material is retained, shared and exported is governed by your own policy and configuration.
